lateshift.studio is a one-person studio. You work directly with the person designing and building your store, from the first call to launch. No account managers, no hand-offs, no one in between.

01 The story
Why lateshift.
lateshift.studio exists because most growing brands don’t need a six-month custom build. They need someone who knows the best themes in depth, knows where they stop, and can make one feel like theirs.
So I build on Horizon and Stretch, keep my code apart from the theme’s so updates still install, and hand over a store your team can run without me.

About the name
Working the late shift: the quiet hours when the real work gets done, with focus and care. And a shift is a change, which is what a good store build should be.
02 How I work
One person, start to finish.
There’s no team behind a curtain. The person on your discovery call is the one who plans, designs, builds and launches your store.
- 01Free, 30 minutes
You talk to me
We go through your goals, your current store, budget and timeline. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll point you to someone who is.
- 02Within 2 business days
A fixed price
You get a fixed-scope proposal with a clear price. A 50% deposit books your start date.
- 03Every week
You see it build
A preview link and a short update every week, straight from the person doing the work.
- 04Plus 14 days of support
I stay after launch
We go live together, I fix anything that comes up for two weeks, and hand over a recorded training video.
03 Values
What you can count on.
Fixed prices
You know the cost before I start. Changes are quoted before they happen.
One point of contact
You work directly with the person building your store. No account managers.
Built to be edited
Everything I build works in the theme editor, so you’re never stuck waiting on a developer to change a banner.
